This is a Great method to learn how to install windows 7 without formatting or doing any changes to your computer. also This is great when you want to test softwares which might not work with your current operating system. Virtual box will run a different pc for you so after you have installed windows 7 inside virtual box it will run as a different computer without having any link with your current windows installation.
